We ask all new clients to take a few minutes and fill out the Creative Bodyworks Client Intake Form, so we will know your history and areas you’re having issues with. As I treat the dysfunctional tissues you will feel relief from the pain and will become much more relaxed now that your nervous system is not overloaded with pain signals. I have had many clients that actually find Neuromuscular Therapy to be more relaxing and pleasurable than a more general type of massage such as Swedish. Moderate discomfort is when you feel a small amount of discomfort, but the pressure feels really good and your body is relaxed and not reacting to my touch.
